PureSky Energy Welcomes Chris Howson as New Chief Financial Officer

 

Denver, CO (Mar. 19, 2024, 9 a.m. MST) PureSky Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Howson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With an impressive record of accomplishments in driving financial success and fostering strategic partnerships, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the role.  

Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen in various global organizations. As the former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Renewable Energy Systems America’s, he led teams focused on financial planning and accounting, strategic planning, risk management, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and information technology.  

Prior to his role at RES, Chris held key positions at Newmont Mining Corp., where he led regional financial operations and significantly enhanced enterprise value through post-acquisition integration, strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.  

In addition to his corporate experience, Chris has also made significant contributions during his tenure at KPMG LLP, where he led the Denver Advisory Services practice, working with global Fortune 500 and mid-market companies on projects related to corporate governance, risk management, process improvement and mergers and acquisitions.
